The bonding quality of ultrasonic vibrator and cleaning tank has great influence on the quality of ultrasonic cleaning machine. At present, some cleaning equipment to avoid ultrasonic vibration from the cleaning tank falling down. Screw and adhesive fixation method is adopted. Although the ultrasonic vibrator will not fall down, there are many hidden dangers. If the screw welding quality is poor, such as not perpendicular to the surface of the stainless steel plate, the rubber layer is not uniform, or even crack or lack of glue, energy transmission will be weakened; On the other hand, if the welding is not good, it will also affect the smooth surface of stainless steel, resulting in accelerated cavitation corrosion and shortened service life. One of the ways to judge the bond quality is to measure the temperature rise of the transducer after filling the cleaning tank with water and starting it up for a period of time. If the temperature rise of one transducer is particularly fast among many, it indicates that the ultrasonic vibrator may not bond well. Because the sound radiation is not good at this time, most of the electrical energy is consumed on the vibrator and heating. Another method is to measure the electrical impedance of the vibrators one by one under the condition of small signal to judge the bond quality. At present, there are some vague understandings about the performance of the vibration: the higher the power, the more the number of vibrators. The better its performance, the higher its value, and even on this basis. This understanding is incomplete. As mentioned above, the shaker cloth is too close, the power density is too large, not only the cleaning effect is not good, and the bottom of the tank is easy to cavitation corrosion.

 

On the other hand, the current commodity power is mostly electrical power rather than sound power, if the standard refers to the consumption of power frequency, the quality of ultrasonic cleaning machine should be judged by efficiency. If the efficiency is low, the power consumption is large when the cleaning effect is the same, but it increases the user's cost. The efficiency of ultrasonic cleaning machine includes two parts. One is the efficiency of supersonic power supply. That is, the percentage of the high-frequency power input to the power consumption of the transducer; The other part is the electro-acoustic conversion efficiency, which is the percentage of the acoustic power entering the cleaning fluid and the electrical power entering the transducer. At present, there is no simple method and equipment to measure the electro-acoustic conversion efficiency in industrial production in China. The power of ultrasonic cleaning machine of each manufacturer is ambiguous, and there is an urgent need for a unified standard of the industry
